Famous Ohio Pizza Chain LaRosa’s Pizzeria found success by being your neighbourhood family pizzeria in basically every Cincinnati neighbourhood by creating an endearing experience for all their customers. This is easier said than done when you have over 65 pizzerias with different employees in slightly different markets. 

As LaRosa’s grew past Ohio, it became increasingly difficult to know what was happening at each store.
