Some quick background on Craig:

Craig brings over 25 years of hospitality knowledge building exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and identifying improvement opportunities. His career saw him land in a few different places such as Marriott Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels and ultimately at Tim Hortons. From 1996-2016, Craig led the Operations Excellence team constantly fine-tuning their in-store Assessment form amongst other things. For more on Craig you can find him on LinkedIn or here.

In this Webinar, Craig will dive into the depths of what makes a quality assessment form as well as the rationale behind the assessment itself. Based on his past experiences in the food and hospitality sectors, Craig has seen first-hand what goes into creating a strong brand. With the many different layers required to make a restaurant run smoothly, managing and measuring each performance standard is paramount to building a winner. Being successful in one location is difficult but to produce a chain with multiple units, requires a truly replicable process that can’t be relied simply on luck.

Implementing a well thought-out and organized operational plan is necessary. The first step is building out an assessment form that encompasses all the intricacies and specifics of your desired outcome. Each company, brand, and restaurant type whether it’s a fast casual, quick serve or fine dining experience will require unique data points to be measured. When you combine this with the basics that all establishments should identify, the possibilities can become quite complex. Here, Craig will help navigate how to determine what should go into devising the optimal assessment form for your operations.
