Why This Role Matters: As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll play a critical role in driving growth by identifying and nurturing leads, building rapport with prospects, and setting the stage for the sales process.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospect Like a Pro: Research and identify potential leads across target industries using tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpot.
  • Start the Conversation: Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media using tools like SalesLoft to generate interest and schedule discovery calls.
  • Qualify Leads: Ask the right questions to understand prospects’ challenges and determine if MeazureUp’s solutions are the right fit.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with Sales Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Master the Tools: Use Salesforce to track and manage your pipeline, staying on top of your goals.
  • Refine Your Pitch: Continuously improve your messaging and outreach strategies through coaching and feedback.
