For this years Signature ’19, National Restaurant Association CEO Dawn Sweeney will be leading the feature presentation to speak about “The Future of Dining”. The event will be taking place at 2PM on Sunday May 19th and will also feature, John Cywinski from Applebee’s Bar & Grill, Randy Edeker from Hy-Vee, Tim McEnery from Cooper’s Hawk, and Chris Gheysens from Wawa to discuss their own thoughts on where the industry is moving to.
