Webinar: Shifting Focus to Takeout & Delivery

Due to COVID-19, the entire hospitality industry has been taken by storm. Countless brands have been shut down entirely as quarantines begin. Similarly, most restaurants and retailers have responsibly ceased all dine-in operations, leading to the prioritization of takeout and delivery.

In addition to posing staffing issues, COVID-19 has forced brands to adapt and reallocate resources to make ends meet. Store operations are changing quickly, forcing restaurants and retailers to take additional precautions to ensure that the health and safety of both their employees and their customers aren’t compromised. However, this is much easier said than done.

Working with restaurant and retail operators on a daily basis, we’ve seen how our customers have been adapting to the challenges presented by COVID-19 and want to extend a helping hand to the rest of the hospitality industry. For this reason, we’ve decided to host a webinar about shifting the focus to takeout and delivery amidst COVID-19.
