For this Case Study, MeazureUp sat down with Phil Brown, Acting Area Director & Operations Efficiency Manager at Nando’s Canada. Phil is a hospitality professional with more than 18 years of operational execution experience. For Phil, his specialty is the Back of House operations, having spent most of his 18 years working in the restaurant’s kitchen operations.
Since launching with MeazureUp, Phil has been able to save time auditing, and put a larger focus on coaching and working with their franchisees, he stated:
“With the additional time savings, we can spend less time auditing and more time coaching our Store Managers and Franchisees on how to perform their best which really is the main purpose of my role.”
Background on Nando’s:
It all started in 1987, in a suburb of Johannesburg called Rosettenville. A man named Fernando Duarte invited Robbie Brozin to a humble eatery to try some mouth watering PERi-PERi chicken.
