Here is a little bit of background on Bobby Brannon of Golden Chick:
Bobby is a Franchise District Director at Golden Chick. In this role Bobby acts as the liaison between the franchise owners and the home office. Some of his other duties include:
- Supporting 35-40 restaurants, visiting each restaurant no less than once per quarter
- Ideally each restaurant will receive a QSC Evaluation once per quarter and a Quick Shop evaluation in the evenings twice per year
The main goal for Bobby is to provide support to the stores in operations, business coaching & raising the level of the customer experience. When the need arrises, he also functions in a compliance role helping to improve location standards.
Prior to joining Golden Chick Bobby was a Franchise Area Director with Huddle House Restaurants for 2 ½ years, with Dunkin Donuts for 2 years, and with Schlotzsky’s for 5 years, all in franchise support roles.
